Backrest can be raised to a 70° angle (EN1970). Thigh angle can be adjusted from 0-29°
Flexible adjustment of the backrest provides comfort for the user. Backrest can support transfer in and out of the bed.

The safe working load of 180kg is tested in a 3000 high/low cycles test in accordance to EN1970.

Construction and Quality
The steel used for bed production meets quality standard S235. Robotic weldings ensure a strong steel construction.

Epoxy powder coating is applied to the steel in a 80-130 micron thickness, resulting in a very strong and highly rust resistant smooth surface.

A tool-free construction principle is used for all critical parts like motors, control box and hand control. In case of a motor failure, they can easily be either replaced/dismounted by the carer or other non-technical skilled staff.

Weight is only 69kg, and the bed can be separated into 4 main parts - 2 bedends and a mattress support in 2 pieces.
Due to the low weight per section, the bed can be transported, handled and assembled by only one person.
All connections for the main sections are connected by thumb screws.
Fast and easy assembly/disassembly of the bed without need for tools.
