Safety Features of the DOSEC ® CLIP

The  patented clip  we use to attach the sling to any electro-mechanical hoist is unique to Mackworth Products Ltd and can carry a load in excess of half a ton.

Described by a nurse and retired director as quote "ingenious," the design of the clip is such that it is almost impossible for it to become detached from the hoist by accident, thus safe-guarding the patient from injury resulting from being dropped.

DOSEC® CLIP SAFETY FEATURES

Another safety feature is that the patient cannot be raised if the clip is not attached to the hoist correctly,  again safe-guarding the patient and indeed the nurse from error.
